Everything was fine until checkout, when I asked them to hold my suitcase until the afternoon, before my flight back to Buenos Aires. They wanted to charge me $30 for luggage storage. I've never been charged such an outrageous amount at a hotel in Argentina. The issue isn't the price itself, it's the fact that they charged at all. I may not come back because of it. To me, this kind of neglect of the passenger is unacceptable and ridiculous.
The room is spacious, and the price is worth it. The service was very good, and booking by phone went smoothly.
It was easy to book, and the reservation was made right away. The location and price are good.
The reception staff were very helpful, and both the rooms and cleanliness were excellent. Breakfast service was excellent too...
The carport has shade netting, and it’s a nice hotel.
