It’s a little way out of the city, but the peaceful setting and beautiful views made it worthwhile. The staff were warm and attentive, and even arranged an early breakfast for our morning pick-up. A really thoughtful touch.

The owner was friendly and welcoming, and we left with a very good impression. It’s a small, family-run hotel with about 10 rooms. We stayed 2 nights and found it very comfortable. The whole building has been renovated nicely, and the scenery from our room was beautiful. We could look straight toward Lago Argentino from the windows.

We loved the quiet and the connection with nature at this chalet overlooking Redonda Bay. From the outdoor terrace in the morning, we could have a good cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Matias was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. He treated us to breakfast and some delicious empanadas. The price was very competitive, too. As the owner suggested, having a vehicle is best for reaching the chalet. It only takes a few minutes, and if you’re lucky, you can spot flamingos and wild horses along the way. Highly recommended.

The quiet location was perfect for relaxing, and the views made the stay even nicer. It’s relatively close to the city center, though having a car is recommended. Matias gave us outstanding service from the moment we arrived. He made us feel at home, was very kind and attentive, and was always willing to help with anything we needed. Excellent value for money, and we’d definitely return.

Mr. Matias provided excellent service, a real treat. The hotel is beautiful, very affordable, and has a spectacular lake view. It’s only ten minutes from the city center. Without a car, an Uber from the hotel to the center costs 8,000 pesos as of today, March 18, 2026. Highly recommended. Regards.
