Lily looked after me like a mother from the moment I arrived until I left. She’s a lovely lady. Breakfast was simple, with toasted bread and homemade jams, and it brought back memories of my grandma’s place. The room, little garden, and breakfast all felt special. This place is a real little jewel. I’d recommend spending at least one night here while visiting Tilcara.

We had the common areas to ourselves, which made the stay nicer. Still, we left disappointed. It’s a charming place, but a few things got in the way: the shower head only dripped instead of spraying, and breakfast was particularly mediocre.

The rooms are cozy, and the big green space makes this inn a great option when traveling with kids. Breakfast is included, which is a nice perk. Lili was always available and very helpful. A great place to stay in Tilcara.

Lili’s warm, outstanding hospitality was the perfect finish to our stay. We spent two days at this lovely country house, and if we come back to Tilcara, we’ll stay at Quinta La Paceña again. It’s well located, and the bedrooms and common areas are beautifully decorated, with excellent taste. Thank you, Lili, for making us feel so welcome! 👏👏👏

For anyone visiting Tilcara for the first time, I’d say don’t hesitate to stay at Quinta La Paceña, which is run by its owners. They opened their home to us and made us feel at home. As a Uruguayan, I’m grateful to Lili for the hospitality and for the conversations, full of culture and passion. Thank you to Lili and her husband.
