Hotel Namuncurá

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included, though it’s simple. The room was clean, but only a 3/5 for cleanliness, and it was very humid with poor ventilation. Children pay the same as adults.

I’m surprised after reading some of the reviews. I stayed on February 14, 2026, in room 126. It was cramped and uncomfortable, with torn pillows and an uncomfortable bathroom. The electrical safety was very poor, as you can see in the photos I’ll attach. The sink was dirty, too. The breakfast matched the photo I saw, though I hadn’t noticed it was posted 5 years ago. I invite you to look at the photos I’ll add.

I really liked the location, the place, and the service when I was there last weekend. Everyone who welcomed us and looked after us was so pleasant, and I’m grateful to them. We had a really good breakfast early that morning!

The apartment-style room was spectacular and ideal for families with children. Everyone at this family-run hotel was very attentive. It’s right in the city center, with an incredible mountain view. Waking up to that view is breathtaking! We’ll definitely be back.
