The managers kept in touch and helped whenever we needed anything. We rented the apartment for at least a month, and it was really comfortable with a view of the river and a great location. We’re living in the USA now and plan to rent it again next time we visit Rosario. I recommend booking it.

The manager was understanding and attentive, and the service and cleanliness were impeccable. They were very patient with us while we were traveling. The place is beautiful, super comfortable, and right in the center. I’m giving it four stars because the ants were an infestation.

The view from the 12th floor is excellent, and the place is in good condition and well located. Nobody bothers you, but there’s a serious cockroach problem, and only one attendant for 14 floors.

Parking is difficult here. The apartment is almost new, spacious, and comfortable, with the basics like a coffee maker, stove, and air conditioning. But it was filthy: hair on the sink counter, a dirty kitchen, trash piled under the laundry counter on the balcony, a broken hair dryer, and greasy, dirty dishes, among other things.
