The reception guys were quick and kind, and seemed genuinely keen to sort out any problems. We stayed for two nights in a really clean, comfortable room with a full kitchen. The hotel has lots of lovely design details, and breakfast was excellent, nicely prepared and set out on the tables.

You’re let in by a staff member who checks that you’re staying there, so security felt reassuring. The team were helpful with whatever we needed, and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful, right downtown near Ave Pellegrini. The downside is the air conditioning: it only runs when your room card is in the wall slot. I was there in summer, so coming back meant walking into a hot room.

I really wasn’t expecting the experience I ended up having! My main suggestion is to make the bathrooms more accessible for older guests. A couple of rooms with walk-in showers and proper non-slip surfaces are a must.

The pastry chef deserves a mention for making caneles for breakfast, and the staff were incredibly kind. After my last stay in Rosario, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in the city.

Breakfast had a nice range of options and was fantastic. The room was roomy, tidy, clean, and really comfortable.
