The breakfast was very good, and they actually serve good coffee. The staff were responsive, respectful, and well mannered, which was a pleasure. It’s a historic building with a few rough spots, but I enjoyed the hotel overall. It’s well located, too. One heads-up: the lovely heated indoor pool has images of ladies’ bare buttocks, so it may not suit everyone.

There’s plenty to buy just around the corner, and it’s a very nice part of town. I loved the historic property, the drapes, and the spacious rooms. The people were so friendly and helpful with whatever I needed. I’ve never stayed somewhere more pleasant, and I’ll be back next time I visit family in Rosario. A real gem.

We had a comfortable room and a great breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace. The Savoy is a gorgeous classic hotel, and so much of its historic art deco interior is still there. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay. Most of the staff were alert and helpful, though a few were barely acceptable. The pool is small and cozy, and that area has been fully modernized. The indoor pool was closed because of the pandemic. The hotel’s restaurant and bar are modernized too, and people say the food is great. Around the hotel there are now buildings, which isn’t ideal, but that does mean plenty of nearby places to eat. If you love the details of old grandeur, it’s a lovely place. They’ve updated it a little while keeping many original lamps, now paired with modern shades that soften the light. There’s still lots of marble, although some roof sections have been damaged.

The historic building gives this hotel much more personality than most, and it’s very well maintained for its age. A great place to stay while visiting the city, strongly recommended. If you get the chance, ask the staff for a drink on the rooftop after dinner.
