The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. They also spoke English, which mattered to me since I don't speak Spanish. Breakfast had enough options, though you have to bring your own drinking water because the hotel doesn't provide it. The location is walkable to the city center and close to the riverside, Parque España, and the flag monument. The casino is farther away, so you'll need a taxi. I was satisfied with my stay.
