Pure relaxation, literally.

We stayed in a Junior Suite in February for $135,000 per night. The price varies by season. It was spacious and lovely, with a HUGE bed, a bathroom and separate vanity area, and a whirlpool tub. It was fully equipped with a microwave, minibar, electric kettle, armchairs, desk, air conditioning, and more. The hotel also has a pool, gym, and spa with a whirlpool, sauna, and Indra services. We had amazing 50-minute deep tissue massages with hot stones and loved them. Access is easy by elevator, and parking is available. The hotel, Innovo, is modern and very nice, just a year old. The entrance is on Dorrego and the parking garage is on San Juan, at the corner of San Juan and Dorrego in Rosario, Santa Fe. Inside there’s the Ovo bar, which you can visit without staying at the hotel. The bar has options for different times of day, all open to non-guests. We loved the breakfast buffet, $18,000 CLP, served from 7:00 to 10:30 am, or from 7:00 to 11:00 am on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. There was a good variety of delicious food, including the essentials we wanted: homemade bread, perfectly cooked eggs, and fresh fruit. They also had ham and cheese, croissants, cakes, sweets like alfajores, brownies, and pudding, plus yogurt. It was basically everything shown in the video, though the selection may vary by day. Afternoon tea starts at 6 PM. We loved both the Avocado Combo (info + avocado $12,500) and the Ciabatta Primavera ($10,500). The homemade breads were excellent, with a dense, moist crumb. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the avocado was fresh, and a little cheese on top of the ciabatta was a nice touch. The alfajor cookie was very good, with soft dough and plenty of dulce de leche. They serve Oyambre coffee, well prepared. Lunch and dinner have a limited menu of meat, chicken, pasta, and sandwiches. There are lunch and dinner menus with dessert, ranging from $22,000 to $24,000. Gluten-free options include info and pastries.

We had a fantastic stay, and the hotel is especially suited to couples. That was true for us and seemed to be the case for almost everyone else at the pool. The room was great, and the amenities were very comfortable. The location is excellent, the staff are really friendly, and I thought breakfast was excellent, although my girlfriend felt something was missing. The reason we didn’t give it five stars was that the room description wasn’t very transparent. We were led to expect a whirlpool tub, but it was actually a bathtub with jets. Only one person could fit at a time, and even then it was a tight squeeze.

We didn’t have a car, and the central location made it easy to get everywhere. My son and I had massages and used the hot tub, though the pool was packed. We stayed a few days, and it was my first time in Rosario. We both fell for the hotel and the city. They even celebrated my son’s birthday with us, greeting us and giving him a mini cake at breakfast. The rooms were lovely, too. After checking out at 11 am, they kindly offered us another room until 3 pm. Everything was spectacular, and I want to congratulate the whole team. We’ll be back soon! I only wish the pool were heated so we could visit when it’s cold.
