The accommodation itself was great, but the parking lot they directed us to was terrible. Nobody had noted that my car was inside, and they couldn't find the key. I also left a few small things on top of the car, and they were stolen when someone got in to move it. On top of that, they leave your car outdoors with no roof.

You need a credit card to book, and I didn't have one then since I only use debit, so I had to activate my Mercado Pago card for the reservation. A tip: it's cheaper to book on the accommodation's website.

I'm angry that they refused to accommodate me just because I don't have a credit card. I find that disrespectful and unacceptable. The person who helped me on WhatsApp was very polite and said they were only an employee and couldn't do anything else. I'm just sharing how dissatisfied I am with the situation.

Patricio was so kind and attentive, and we're very grateful to him. Excellent place and amazing service. We'll definitely come back!

We've stayed here several times. It's near downtown Rosario and the river, and it's a quiet place with really friendly staff. We think the price is fair.
