My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Some of them speak English. Breakfast came with two tasty croissants, though the coffee was the worst. The price was acceptable, and the location right by the bus station is ideal. Still, the heating and air conditioning in my room didn’t work, and it took ages for hot water to reach the shower. The hotel has plenty of bad reviews and seems to have little interest in fixing things.

The employees were the best part for me, professional and friendly. Breakfast felt like restaurant service, with coffee or another drink and two medialunas. The rooms are a bit worn, and the shower is a wetbath, which the price seems to account for. I was happy with the staff, though I don’t like having to leave my room key at reception when I go out. It seems easy for it to be handed to the wrong person. You have to ring a bell to get in.

Other than the noise from the room next door, things were fine. Two people argued loudly for ages into the night, then cried, apologized, and had loud make up sex.

The rooms look ugly, and the reception service was extremely poor. The worst hotel I’ve ever visited.
