The gym is well equipped, and there's plenty of parking. I also liked the clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast, especially if you like sweet rolls. A little granola would have made breakfast even better. The location is handy, with lots of restaurants nearby and the river Paraná a 10-minute walk away. If I'm back in Rosario, I'd stay here again.

This Holiday Inn Express is a great one. It's my favorite hotel, and I'd definitely come back.

The elevators are awful, and the whole hotel feels like a mess. Check-in was the worst I've had, like doing it in the stone age: first you fill out a form, then they spend around 10 minutes processing it. Not sure why a Holiday Inn still does things that way. Stay somewhere else.

The service and the people working here were the best I've ever experienced. Franco deserves a special thank you: a taxi had overcharged me by quite a lot, and he handled the company professionally and politely until they returned the money. It was a great experience.
