Apart Giova

I still gave it five stars, but the hot water setup is unreliable. You're meant to run the tap until hot water comes through, and that just doesn't work in every room. Maybe it was suggested to cut electricity use, but traditional electric water heaters with solar panels might save money, and reduce the need for air conditioning too.

We were pleasantly surprised by Apart Giova. My husband and I were given a modern, really comfortable apartment, and the staff were excellent. It's somewhat outside the city center, but that's fine if you have a car, and ride-sharing apps are an option if you don't. I'm adding photos so you can judge for yourself. April 2026.

We stayed in the room for less than half an hour, and they still refused to return my money. I felt scammed: they had me transfer payment for one night, then the hotel looked nothing like the pictures they'd sent. The toilet was dirty already, the surroundings were unpleasant, and the security didn't feel suitable for small children. I attached a photo of the bathroom.

They kept my slippers, which was really poor behavior from the staff. I know leaving them behind was my mistake, but checkout is at 8 am and breakfast is at 7. Don't leave anything in the room if you can help it, they don't return it. The terrace could use some work too; it doesn't look like the photos.
