The coffee and croissants at breakfast were great, but the staff made us feel like an inconvenience. The hotel has seen better days and needs a complete overhaul. I wouldn't recommend it.

The night shift had a nice, polite man, but the rooms and service were poor, and they don't accept credit cards. I can't recommend it.

Being moved there turned out to be the best thing that could have happened during my stay in Salta. Pamela at reception was incredibly empathetic, kind, and helpful, and solved a major problem for me. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent. I highly recommend it.
