The price was at least 50% above what hotels generally charge, but the place felt more like a university dorm than a luxury hotel. Although the building is new, the location is outside Centro in a run-down area. The staff were extremely dishonest about the 21% VAT. They first tried to charge it even though non-residents are exempt, then said I could get it refunded at the airport with a receipt. Every day they told me, "my friend your receipt is ready next day," but I checked out without ever receiving it. I don't recommend staying here.

For what we paid, we got a really great room. There were no keys, just codes, and check-in and check-out were simple and automated through WhatsApp.
