Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything. It's a beautiful, very clean place and a great price for such a central location. Excellent!

The room we were given was disgusting, and the pictures were taken as soon as we walked in. There was grime beyond ordinary dust, dirty bath towels, and the hand towel looked like a rag, probably used for cleaning. The sheets didn't seem sterilized, and we're pretty sure someone had already slept on them. Rust covered the bathroom too. On top of that, the service we'd paid for was awful. They quoted $20,000 in cash but wanted $35,000 by card, an extra $150,000 charge for paying with a card. I hope someone reports the state of the room and that huge cash-versus-card difference. Places like this need more regulation. They're a disgrace to Salta. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. It's close to the plaza, which made the location really convenient. Breakfast was basic, just toast with jam and butter, juice, and tea or coffee, black or with milk. The rooms do need some maintenance: at times the bathroom water was slow to come on, or there was no water. I'd come back.
