Casa Foresta

We all had a great experience with the staff. Everyone was so warm and helpful, and we'd definitely come back. There were 14 of us working remotely, and the hotel's internet worked very well with no connection issues. The facilities were clean and comfortable, everything was tidy, and although the pool is small, it was very functional.

The receptionists were outstanding, and the hotel was very clean. We were happy with the whole stay, from check-in through check-out, and would rate it 9.5 out of 10.

The beds, facilities, and breakfast were good, and the photos make the place look nice. But the water and service were poor, so it wasn't worth the price for me. In a triple room, one person could shower, then the next was left without hot water. I also rented an apartment intended for five, and the third person ran out of hot water there too. The water heaters weren't designed for proper use, as the photos show. When I complained about the cold, a manager came and was rude. There was no air conditioning in the room, just an electric heater, also shown in the photos. A really bad stay. Don't waste your money.

The breakfast was great, and there's a ping pong table and excellent bikes you can use for free. The hotel is very good, clean and new, and everyone is polite and attentive. Nothing but praise.
