We had a delicious meal at the restaurant, so make sure to try at least one. The hotel is also perfectly placed for walking to Salta's main attractions. Benjamin looked after us wonderfully and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. From our arrival onward, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Alejandro I has an elegant, comfortable atmosphere and the amenities you'd expect from a luxury hotel. It's an excellent choice for a visit to Salta.

Alejandra gave me a 50-minute hot stone massage at Hotel Alejandro, and she was incredible. I booked about two hours ahead. The pressure was just right, she gave me the full 50 minutes, and she relieved a lot of my soreness. I'd absolutely recommend seeing her. Thank you, Alejandra 😊

The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, and we liked the hotel, probably the best in Salta. The shower could use improvement. Breakfast felt small for a five-star place, and charging extra for a cappuccino was strange, to say the least.

For a five-star hotel, this is disappointing. I couldn't get through to them on the contact number, and even Expedia couldn't reach anyone. My room had no cold water at all, which was a first for me. The shower was scalding hot only. I've never encountered anything like it.

The room was large, quiet, and comfortable, with nice linens and pillows. The location was good, the staff were great, and breakfast was amazing.
