The staff were always helpful, and it was a real pleasure dealing with Carol and Adrián. The parking attendant was attentive too. We’ll definitely come back. Hotel Dinastía is at 20 de Febrero 376, an excellent location just one and a half blocks from Avenida Belgrano, with a Saeta bus stop right outside. The hostess was always friendly. Our spacious room was comfortable, with excellent mattresses that made for restful sleep. The Apart Hotel has a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and self-service breakfast, with everything needed for different drinks. There’s complete freedom to come and go, and they don’t require you to leave your key card so they can open the room. Cleanliness was 10/10 when we arrived. During our week there, towels and toiletries were provided, and the cleanliness was 7 out of 7. The building is accessible by stairs, and parking is available.

We had a wonderful time at this clean, lovely hotel, and the staff were very friendly. Room service was available every day, and the simple breakfast was delicious. My only complaints were the small shower in my room, which was awkward to use, and the bidet wasn't working. Thank you!

For $70,000, I expected basic cleanliness, supplies that were replenished, and honesty. Instead, our room was dirty and in poor condition, with street noise coming straight through a window that didn't seal. We were on the second floor, and no one had mentioned there was no elevator. The so-called breakfast was terrible too: no fruit or milk, and watered-down orange juice. I wouldn't come back.

The breakfast was delicious, though it would be nice if they offered gluten-free options. Our room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and had a very comfortable bed. There was just one small annoyance, a slight leak in the bathroom.

Everything was very clean, and Martin and Carol were attentive. The location was excellent, the beds were great and comfortable, and we didn't hear noise from outside. One suggestion: offer breakfast earlier for tourists heading out on excursions, since those trips start very early and breakfast isn't available until 7 am.
