Getting help with a taxi to the airport was easy, and the staff spoke English. Reception is open 24 hours. The hotel is close to the city centre, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It's new and very good value, with spacious, comfortable rooms, lots of hot water, good WiFi, and everything very clean. We slept really well.

The location is excellent, and the four people who helped us were friendly and attentive. Carina was especially good with her recommendations. You can book in person or through various apps, but make sure to reserve.

We waited half an hour outside before anyone opened the door, then couldn't sleep because the room was on a busy road and the noise never stopped. The room was small, smelled of mold, and had no dark curtains. The apartment owner wouldn't take credit cards, so charged another 21 percent VAT. We were waiting for morning so we could get out. Not recommended.

A very nice place in a good location and at a good price. The receptionists are excellent, especially Carina, a genius, and the parking lot guys are great too. We've found somewhere we'll always come back to in Salta.
