The layout was odd, with the bedroom and what seemed to be the kitchen upstairs and another bed downstairs. That upstairs room only had a small heater, so the rest stayed cold. The owner seemed friendly but kept stressing electricity conservation. On our last night, she shut off the water, and we had to leave without even washing our faces. She says pets are accepted, then tells you on arrival that you should have informed her. Parking is right in front of the house, but she charged me for it after saying it was free. She also charged more than we had agreed. I don't recommend this place at all.

We ended up leaving early, and she didn't honor any of the discounts she'd offered. She was offended that we wouldn't pay to fix a stair railing that was already broken, even though she wanted to charge us after it came loose as soon as my daughter touched it. There were burned-out bulbs, a broken shower faucet, a dirty microwave, and no heat downstairs, so my daughter was freezing. The water heater made explosive noises while heating. She asked me to cancel through Booking.com when we arrived, saying she'd give me a discount, but charged an extra 8% if I transferred the money. She hadn't made clear that parking cost extra either. She comes across as nice and innocent, but I found her cunning and completely untrustworthy. I can see now why she'd have you cancel through Booking.com so you couldn't leave a bad review. I would never go back. She's a con artist.
