The receptionists were easily the best part of our stay. They were remarkably kind and helpful. Beyond the dated look, the rooms have real shortcomings: the bathrooms and clothing furniture are in poor condition, ventilation is bad, and hot water service isn’t adequate. There’s no elevator, and the bathroom doesn’t leave enough room to move around, so it’s not fully suitable for people with mobility disabilities. It’s somewhere to spend the night, and that’s about it.

For the final room price, the very basic, modest breakfast makes sense, and I think it’s good value overall. It’s in an excellent spot, tucked into a passageway in the city center, so it stays quiet. Some rooms are roomy, while the bathrooms are quite small, though they don’t feel claustrophobic. I do wish they paid more attention to cleanliness. They don’t take credit cards, which makes the place a bit less appealing.

I didn’t like it much. The architecture was incredibly creative, I’ll give it that, but the toilet was actually inside the shower. Breakfast wasn’t anything special; I would’ve preferred some mate. We were there as part of a Km1 group, and I suppose you have to take into account what you pay. There are better options.

Four days at that inn was the worst stay I’ve had in years. The sheets and comforter were stained, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was no closet, and my husband didn’t even have a nightstand on his side. The room also had no bidet or hairdryer. Breakfast was disgusting and barely there: just tea or coffee with a filthy square of grease. No fruit, yogurt, croissants, or anything else. Please don’t use the KM UNO agency. Their service was abominable, and I wasted my money on them.
