The homemade breakfast was lovely, and there’s a pretty garden downstairs where Ines’s two adorable cats hang out. Upstairs, guests share a balcony area with a fridge and an electric kettle for tea or mate. The house is beautiful and kept clean, with a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom and Wi-Fi throughout. It’s a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the center, so getting around is easy. With only two bedrooms, the stay felt personal and warm. I’d definitely come back. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars, but the limit is 5.

There’s a good selection of books in the reading room, and breakfast is beautifully laid out. The room feels bright and airy, with a small open gallery on the first floor. There isn’t a mini-fridge, though there’s a shared one on the ground floor. The decor is impeccable and the welcome is warm. It’s well located too, with the option to leave the car parked and walk around.

Inés runs the place herself, and before we arrived she emailed us ideas for things to do in the area during our stay. She also makes a generous breakfast with a lot of care. The house has just two upstairs bedrooms, which gives it a cozy, peaceful feel. We loved reading and watching the Areco sunsets from the room’s terrace balcony. We’ll definitely be back.
