Apartamentos JR

The rooms are spacious, the hotel itself is nice, and the service is good. I found the stay comfortable and pleasant overall. But the restaurant/bar downstairs caused a real problem: its dinner show, caravan, and other activity brought excessive noise every day, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep. No one told me about the bar when I booked. I'd recommend the hotel if noise doesn't bother you, but it may not suit anyone looking for somewhere quiet.

The place itself is beautiful, but the service was much worse than you can find elsewhere for a lower price. We've stayed here for three years, and each time they asked whether we wanted parking and insisted it had to be paid in cash. We told them we had a truck, and last year they said this lot was the only place it could go. So when we booked by email this year, we made sure to clarify. Last week we asked again about parking, only to be told today that we didn't have a space. They don't take parking reservations, so I don't understand why they didn't say that when we asked by email. They were incredibly arrogant and wouldn't admit their mistakes. We also gave the number of guests when booking three months ago: four. But when we arrived, only one bed had been made up, so we had to take the other one out and set it up ourselves. They clearly have reading comprehension problems.

Super clean, in a great location, and everyone was very friendly. Beautiful place, highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

We'd picked this place repeatedly, and this was our 5th stay, but this year let us down. We booked well ahead and were assigned room 1C for 6 people, where the safe didn't work. There's no maintenance. Around 3 AM we complained about the noise, and they told us there were strange movements. We didn't like it at all and won't return. It's a shame, since I used to love the place and that's why I kept choosing it. Breakfast isn't included anymore, and it seems to get worse each time.
