The good things were the tasty breakfast, an attentive receptionist, and very friendly, helpful reception staff. The location is good too, though being so close to the main street and city center made it noisy. The curtains didn't shut fully, so morning sunlight and streetlights came into the room. The rooms had some minor issues and broken things, and towels were changed every two days. For what you get, the price didn't feel worthwhile. Three stars seems about right: it's not a bad place, but it isn't the best either.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and daily room service was provided. Breakfast was excellent and very complete. The rooms are simple, and the location is great, beachfront and one block from the center. In room 306, the fan was extremely noisy, and the window let in too much light once the sun came up. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and very unreliable. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Room 202 had a large window with beautiful views of the street and beach, though half the glass was dirty. The view itself was lovely, and the location was perfect, with the center and beach both one block away and everything close by. Breakfast was good, served from 8 to 10:30, and the staff were friendly. The Wi-Fi was pretty bad and unreliable. The hotel could use general maintenance, and the carpets were a bit dirty.

The location was the best part: right across from the beach, near the shopping area, and our room had an ocean view. The staff were excellent, always friendly and ready to help, and breakfast was delicious and very complete. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, but the signal is weak. It kept cutting in and out and sometimes didn't work at all. We'd definitely choose the hotel again! 😁

We had a spectacular few days, thanks in part to the friendly, attentive hotel staff. Mili was amazing, and we spent the most time with the receptionists, Agus and Eze, who were truly excellent. The night shift attendant was very attentive too. Breakfast was delicious!! I'd choose this hotel again. Thank you for everything ☺️
