Complejo Entre Marte y La Luna

We made good use of the common areas, and the pool was always clean. The place was very nice and comfortable. Everything was excellent!

For the first three days of our stay, our apartment had no WiFi. The manager said the cabin owners' group had been told it was an issue with the cooperative, while the owner said they'd never had this problem before and that only our apartment was affected. No one offered a quick fix. We had to keep messaging and insisting, which didn't seem right for a service included in the stay price. On the fourth day it suddenly started working.

The service was excellent, and the park was beautiful with plenty of shade. My family and I had a really pleasant stay. The apartment was fully equipped, nothing was missing, and everything was good quality and tasteful. I'd recommend it and would return. What they offer is what you get. Marta

The people running the place are incredibly friendly and even help plan your visit. The facilities are clean, with a few minor issues, and everything feels safe. There was hot water for showers, air conditioning in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and two TVs. The common areas are a bit dated, and they don't provide shampoo or conditioner. Still, it's a very pleasant place.
