At $123,000 a day, there were a lot of problems. The brown water from every tap lasted more than 24 hours, so it was only usable for the bathroom. During heavy rain, water came down onto the dining table. I heard it was worse in the apartment next door. The Wi-Fi was so bad that it barely worked unless we used mobile data. The gate was damaged when we arrived and left open, so there was no security. On the one night I needed the electric oven, it didn’t work, and the microwave was disgustingly dirty. There were cobwebs everywhere, too. The cleaning lady came in only once, and a good flashlight that had been given to me disappeared from where I’d left it. It was gone when we got back that day. I tried to discuss things with the landlord while we were enjoying a family barbecue, but didn’t mention the missing item because I didn’t think it would help. I’m never coming back. A quiet, simple, pleasant spot. We stayed in a studio apartment that gave us just the right amount of privacy. Good for a short getaway.

We felt safe there as a couple with a young daughter. There’s an alarm and security cameras, so going out to the beach or for other activities was worry-free. The property was lovely, with parking and an automated gate, and the studio was very comfortable. Everything in it worked perfectly, including the lit grill we used at night. Cleaning was excellent, and we had no issues at all. The owner was attentive and friendly. It exceeded our expectations, and we’d definitely return.

For what we paid, we expected something much plainer, so the place surpassed our expectations. It was especially clean, the mattresses were good, and everything worked. Fresh sheets and towels came with the daily cleaning, and the cleaner was very friendly. A TV issue was fixed quickly and efficiently. It has a family-friendly atmosphere and is just three blocks from the beach. There are a few little things that could be improved, but nothing worth going into.
