Hotel Brisolei

The dining room was lovely, with good quality food and plenty of choices. We played pool and had a lot of fun, and the cleaning staff were attentive and did a great job. The internet wasn’t the best, but everything else was excellent. My family and I stayed for a week and felt welcome as soon as we came in. All the staff except the people at reception were very friendly and attentive to every detail. I’d come back without hesitation, especially with the beach close by and the pedestrian area just steps away. Highly recommended!

The location is a plus, just steps from the beach. I also appreciated the cleaning staff, the ladies at reception, and the gentleman who works at the buffet in the evening. They were all very friendly. On our first day the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the sheets and towels were stained. We asked for fresh ones and they changed them. Breakfast service was good, though some days they were out of things like butter and juice. Dinner was mostly noodles or rice made in different ways each day.

We had a spotless room every day, and the dining room was superb. Matias served us and went above and beyond right up to the last minute. The kitchen team worked hard on the daily menu, which was plentiful and delicious, and the breakfasts were exquisite. We spent 7 days at Brisolei and got excellent service throughout. The reception team gave us a wonderful welcome and were kind and attentive to everything we needed. The whole place felt warm and welcoming. A very well-prepared team. Thank you all!

We had a wonderful family vacation, with personalized attention and no detail overlooked. The place was clean and had spacious areas, and things like water, soda, and beer cost less than at the supermarket. It was all beautiful, especially being just 50 meters from the beach. We hope to return next year! Lots of people, especially the younger ones, complained about the Wi-Fi. I don’t think it’s necessary to stay connected all the time on vacation, so it didn’t bother me.
