I’ve visited San Bernardo three times, and this was easily the best hotel for me. I stayed in one of the hotel’s only three suites, and it was stunning and very comfortable. Even many 5-star hotels don’t have this kind of suite, and nowhere else in San Bernardo does, in my experience. The location, room, amenities, breakfast, and service were all the best. Special mention to Angela at reception, who was professional and genuinely friendly. I live in Canada and travel many times a year, and I highly recommend New Sea Board. Thank you all.

If three of you are traveling, including one child, I’d recommend rooms with “02”: 302, 402, and 1002. They have the best 180-degree views in San Bernardo! We had a wonderful time. The rooms and common spaces lacked nothing for comfort, and everything was organized and beautiful. The team were polite, helpful, and attentive to making the stay even better. I wish more people could see this, because on vacation you really hope to find somewhere like this.

I’d come back without hesitation. The excellent service from every staff member stood out, they were always incredibly kind. I kept discovering amenities and thoughtful details, from the beach towels to the generous breakfast buffet. Having breakfast at the Sky Bar on the 12th floor, with its unparalleled ocean view, was a highlight. The rooms are comfortable. Storage space is limited, that’s true, but with a bit of resourcefulness everything fits. Who unpacks everything anyway?

Everything was excellent. I picked this place because I liked that the pool stayed open almost all day, until late. The service was excellent, breakfast was very complete, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I liked the bathroom, though I think a floor dryer would help. Sometimes water leaked out of the shower area, and the floor took a while to dry.
