Miralejos 7 - 100 mtrs peatonal

We had such a lovely first vacation together. My wife and I were delighted with both the city and our apartment. There was parking, a regular pool, a heated pool, and a grill, and the pedestrian area was only 100 meters away. Everything was really nice. Carina was fantastic and always available when we needed help. We'll definitely be back!

You can leave the car in the garage and forget about it, since the pedestrian area is just 100 meters away. The view is spectacular, and the place feels very family-friendly. There are outdoor grills and tables, plus a shared space with grills, a stove, tables, and chairs. The building also has an outdoor pool on the 13th floor and a heated one on the mezzanine. Highly recommended.

Whenever we come to Carlos Paz for vacation, we choose this place. The service is always the best, everyone is so friendly, and we head back to Tucumán happy. Thanks so much! Highly recommend them.

ZERO STARS!! The location is ideal, but Miralejos 7 is dated and the elevators are a nightmare. We waited and waited for them, and they never came. The heated pool wasn't working, even though we stayed several nights. We usually choose Miralejos 3 because my son needs a heated pool for health reasons. The facilities are available for tourists, but apparently aren't included in your stay, since you only pay for the apartment. If they work, fine, and if they don't, tough luck. I've rented from them for years, so I'm really disappointed with the service. The woman who greets you can't solve anything. I thought having the administration there would mean efficient answers and quick fixes for infrastructure problems, like the supposedly broken pool boiler. First they told us the water had been shut off, then said that wasn't the issue at all. The worst!
