We booked through the platform, but it seems the owner forgot the apartment was still listed. When we arrived, he couldn't even greet us or explain what was going on. He seemed like a real crackpot.

The service was awful. He accepted my reservation and payment, then canceled just a few days before my trip and left my family and me without anywhere to stay. It's ridiculous to play with people's hopes like that. I'm starting to wonder whether the place even exists. Be careful booking with him, since he may leave you without accommodation a few days before your trip and give no explanation. His reply showed how incredibly polite he is: he discriminates against people he doesn't know and has no respect, not even for women. It really reflects well on his establishment.

We left a day early, even though we'd paid the full rent in advance, and the owner wouldn't take responsibility or return anything. We had no water either. We told him early, and he said he was sending a truck to refill the tank. By 7 pm, 17 of us still had no water for showers or even the bathroom, so we left. This week we rented all three apartments with my whole family. I'd stayed there last year and it had been acceptable, but this time everything was broken and there was a terrible cigarette smell. One family couldn't sleep because of rat noises and the cold, since we couldn't turn on the heater. There wasn't enough lighting, and using the shower was an ordeal because the bathroom flooded. We asked the owner to come talk to us, but he never showed up and handled everything by text. He expected us to go to a gas station to use the bathroom and said he'd settle for a cake. Honestly, a disaster. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The owner's attitude is a shame. Be careful, stays that have already been arranged and paid for can be canceled just days before the date. That's very irresponsible. There should be a law against scammers like this.
