There are four separate common areas, so you can find a spot to suit your mood. One is usually quiet, with daybeds, hammocks, and a retractable roof. The kitchen is where staff and guests tend to meet and trade travel tips. Another courtyard has vines that shade and cool it, and the last one has a fire spit. Art, lighting, tiles, plants, and music all add to the atmosphere. The staff are around all the time, friendly and helpful. They work hard and clearly take pride in the place, keeping it clean. The owner seems to know hostel life firsthand. A big plus: every bed has a fan, reading light, blackout shade, USB port, and electrical outlet.

The building itself was impeccable, with underground parking, a pool, and a grill. Our room was amazing too, and the staff who looked after us were lovely. We were there for an event for a couple of days, and everything was close by. The views from the building are beautiful. It deserves a thousand more stars!

The rooftop is a real highlight, with two indoor grills and everything provided: dishes, a water dispenser, fridge, tables, chairs, a 43-inch TV with DirecTV, a pool, and lounge chairs. The view over all of Carlos Paz is unmissable. The complex also has two spacious parking areas, and the apartments are super comfortable, with heated floors and radiant heating in the bathroom, living room, and bedrooms. Great service and location, and the rates are affordable. Highly recommend checking it out.
