Complejo Las Hoyas

The grounds are huge and lovely for walking, and the pool has two sections with a full mountain view. We had just two small hassles: we couldn’t find the receptionist when we arrived or when we left, though we wanted to leave the key at reception as instructed. We were tired and waited there for a while. Apart from that, no problems, everything was perfect 👌 The location is the best part. There’s direct access to the riverside campsite, and from there you can go straight to the town center and all the shops. It’s also fairly close to the bus stop for the Córdoba bus. We stayed in a studio apartment for two or three people. It was very nice and well maintained, with comfortable beds and the basics: a fridge with freezer, microwave, stovetop, colander, large pot, and deep and shallow plates with cutlery. Best of all, the grill was right on the studio porch.

I really liked how cute the place is, but the bedrooms need work. My daughter and I both had several allergy issues, the fridges barely kept things cool, and coffee service ended early with nothing available in the afternoon.

Monica even tracked down the toy my son left behind and mailed it to us, which was incredibly kind. We had such a happy stay in this beautiful, peaceful place. The pool was spectacular, everyone was friendly, and the owners were so warm. We’ll recommend it and come back for sure. Thank you so much!

The view is beautiful and the property itself is lovely, but we had problems from the start. Our first cabin was quite different from the one shown online, so after we complained they moved us to the listed one. The bathroom smelled bad as soon as we arrived and wasn’t clean. They never replaced the soap or toilet paper, a light was out, and nothing was fixed after we reported it. Cleanliness and upkeep really need attention.
