There's a clean, usable pool and a peaceful, family-friendly feel to the place. For the price, you get what you need: air conditioning and a TV in the room, comfortable beds, and an adequate breakfast. The staff were always helpful, and I personally had no problems. The location is excellent, only two blocks from the center. Don't let the bad reviews put you off if you're looking for something affordable rather than luxurious and five-star; that kind of service elsewhere costs a fortune. Highly recommended.

It's our second family visit, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We loved the patio surrounded by plants, especially if you enjoy plants yourself. The service was excellent, breakfast was perfect, and the location couldn't be better with everything nearby.

We didn't stay there, but went to ask about a room. The young woman who answered the door was kind and respectful, and said a room was available. The manager was a different story. She made both the young woman and us uncomfortable and wouldn't let us reserve. She said a one-night stay wasn't possible. We then decided on two nights, and she rudely said that wasn't possible either because there were no rooms, even though only minutes earlier we'd been told a room was available and the problem was just staying one night. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE; she wouldn't come near the sidewalk again.
