The hotel looks lovely on the surface, but that doesn't match the experience. The lounges and food were the only redeeming parts. I was looking forward to using the gym, but it was cramped, dusty, and nothing worked. The PS4 itself was fine, though the controllers were wrecked. On top of that, the food staff provided terrible service.

Both pools are lovely, everything is very clean, and the service was excellent all around. Breakfast is really complete, with hot water for mate available 24/7. There's afternoon tea at 4 pm, a break at 7 pm, and complimentary coffee from 10 pm onward. The hotel is beautiful, complete, and affordable. We're so happy we came, and would gladly return. Thanks, Hotel Aranjuez!

We ate very well throughout the day, with delicious food and plenty of variety at breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and for snacks. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and incredibly quiet, and the heated pool was lovely to use any time of day. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the facilities were spotless and well cared for. The hotel has a warm, pleasant atmosphere and a very good location. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd gladly come back and recommend it. A wonderful stay from start to finish.
