Complejo Berilde I

The staff were helpful when we had issues, and the location is the reason for the two stars. At night the street becomes pedestrian-only, though, so you can't park right outside. We could hear music all night from the arcade next door because the sound insulation was terrible. The water heater didn't work properly, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was awful. I don't recommend it and wouldn't return.

The facilities have everything, including linens and complete tableware. There are security cameras running 24/7, and the security guard was very attentive. Highly recommended ☺️

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful spot, just steps from everything on the pedestrian street. The mattress was very good. Apartment 1 had some problems, though: the extractor didn't work, so we cooked in smoke, and the bidet wasn't working either. The cleaning could use a little attention. The air conditioning was out of gas, but we spoke to Julián right away and they came to fix it. The security guard would wait for someone to arrive, say, "good evening, I'm the security guard," and then disappear.

It's a small apartment but has all the equipment you'd expect for the price. Just know that you can hear everything from the street until 2 AM.
