The receptionist was incredibly kind, and when we said we didn’t want to stay, she told us it was no problem. I hope they invest more in the hotel, because the location is very good. I booked through Booking.com and was shocked by the place. The lounge chairs had what looked like old sheets over them, giving the hotel a squatter-like feel right away. We were told to take our things upstairs, then come back down to check in and pay. We climbed three flights, passing walls in terrible condition. Our room number was written in marker. Inside, the room looked abandoned: the curtain rod was hanging off, the sheets had dirty dark stains, the vanity leaked when we turned on the tap, and the walls were covered in damp. We decided not to stay because we didn’t feel comfortable. Even closing the door took effort, and the lock wasn’t working properly.

The pictures don’t show what the place is really like. The facilities are in poor shape, and the room wasn’t clean. Breakfast was very basic, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the TV was very old. It was a terrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

We went to see the place and cancelled because it was nothing like the listing. It was dark and scary, with ancient beds and walls falling apart.

We had a great time! They’ll clean if you ask, they can store things in the fridge, and there’s a pool table for a thousand dollars. Awesome!!!
