I wouldn’t stay here again for that price. The facilities are decent, but too many things were lacking. The hallways were noisy enough that we could hear everything from our room, and the TV remote barely worked. There were no hooks for drying beach clothes, and we were told we couldn’t hang them near the windows. The shower curtain was too short, so I had to lower it myself to stop water leaking underneath, and there was no bath mat. Apart from the bedside tables, there was only a chair to put things on. The pool access ladder is retractable metal and seemed quite dangerous. Breakfast was average, and there’s no water dispenser outside regular hours. When I asked, they gave me a water jug, just the jug. Under the bed was filth, including an empty bottle, and one bed’s sheets already had sand on them. We got one hand towel for four people, and they only gave us another after I complained. Karina (attendance) and Daiana (housekeeping) were friendly. About the owner's comment, I wasn’t upset about being told not to hang laundry, and we took it down without saying anything. The owner pointed out how inconvenient that is for a hotel in a beach area. Thanks for understanding that there are better hotels; I’ll follow the recommendation and stay at one next time. I also forgot to mention that I got my 10,000 peso change two days later, only after asking and going to get it myself. They didn’t give me a receipt either.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the pancakes, though I think they should offer cold cuts. It's a nice hotel with lovely facilities, but some things need attention. On the first day, we found dirty towels, soap and water residue in the shower soap dish, and a dirty patch of floor behind the bathroom door. The towels were changed, but when we asked for the room to be cleaned again, they only cleaned the soap dish. The floor stayed dirty for the whole visit. The TV remote took about four exchanges to get one that worked, and one replacement didn’t even have batteries. Wi-Fi was okay at times but unreliable, and there aren’t enough bathroom hooks for towels.

The rooftop pool is lovely, and the hotel’s close to both the center and the beach, which worked well for traveling with kids. I stayed in the comfortable, well-equipped apartment with my family of four, then spent a few more days in a double room that was also comfortable. It just needs a mini-fridge to be perfect. The reception and hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every detail.

We had an amazing few days at this beautiful hotel. The facilities are well kept, and the staff are welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our room was a little small, but the beds were comfortable, the linens in good condition, and the bathroom was nice. The location is close to the pedestrian area and two blocks from the beach. Internet was a downside, since the signal wasn’t strong in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with bread, cereals, yogurt, fruit salad, gelatin, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, yerba mate, and more. The dining room is large, so you can bring takeout and have lunch or dinner there.

The location is really good, three blocks from the beach and two from the center. The service was excellent the whole time, and the breakfast was great. The women kept replenishing everything and were very attentive. They also have apartments here, which I’d recommend more since they come with a fridge and kitchen and can save you from eating out. One issue: the bathroom faucet sprays like rain, so water splashes on you when you wash your hands or brush your teeth. The Wi-Fi also didn’t reach our room very well.
