La Trinidad

We’ve already stayed at La Trinidad twice, and I’d happily choose it again next time I’m in San Javier. The house is spotless, comfortable, and well stocked. It’s also in a great spot, with a lovely view and a really relaxing feel.

We’ve rented both houses at La Trinidad on different trips, and either one makes for a great stay. The two houses sit on a roughly three-hectare property and are fully separate. One is all on one level, with room and amenities for 3 to 6 people, plus a pool and spectacular mountain views. The sunrises and sunsets over the mountains are beautiful, and the house has what you need for a really good vacation. The other house has two floors and can accommodate a family of 3 to 6 or 7. It has two bathrooms and useful appliances including a washer and dishwasher. The location is hard to beat: on a paved road, just 500 meters from central San Javier. The owners, cleaning lady, and gardener are all very attentive. And across the street, La Juana y vos serves really good food at good prices. After trying several places, La Juana was one of our favorites.

The view is gorgeous, and the cabins are roomy and really comfortable. They even left us what we needed for breakfast each day, with all those little details taken care of. Diego was incredibly helpful when I got in touch about the cabin. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

San Javier feels like a magical place, and Cabaña La Trinidad is only a few blocks from the town center. The garden is lovely, the pool was pristine, and there’s access to the stream. The view is unbeatable, and everything is immaculate and comfortable. The owners are welcoming, attentive, and very responsible. Definitely somewhere special to return to.
