Hotel Nerja

We were very comfortable during our 10-day stay, from October 29th to November 8th. Tadeo did an excellent job with the cleaning, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, and the room had a refrigerator, electric kettle, and air conditioning. The hotel is 100 meters from central San Juan and the shops. You can rent parking next door for a small fee. The owner, Ariel Lisiardi, was fantastic and always ready to help. There's a cafe and restaurant nearby, and Maxi in the office can answer questions. If I return to San Juan, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Downtown San Juan is just one block away, so the location is spectacular. The rooms work well if you just need somewhere to sleep near the center, but the service left a lot to be desired. We got towels and toiletries on the first day, then they never brought any more. The place has basic amenities, but no WiFi. We kept asking for the password and were told it was "under maintenance." The passwords in the room didn't match the networks.

We felt very comfortable here, even though we've stayed in bigger San Juan hotels with more amenities. It's very clean and quiet at night, and the staff looked after us really well. The location is excellent, one block from the center, with paid parking next door and an elevator. Our room's air conditioning mattered a lot, as it was 38 degrees Celsius every night. Some rooms have a small minibar, kettle, and oven for breakfast or dinner. We had no trouble coming and going at any hour while traveling to Mendoza or visiting places farther away. There are little things that could be better, as anywhere. It's not the Ritz, but the place has a better vibe, and feeling comfortable matters when you're traveling. We're grateful and will definitely return!

The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The bathroom was also roomy and tidy, with good hot water and a hairdryer. For the service, the price is very reasonable, and I highly recommend it. I don't know what people who call it expensive expect to pay. At that price, there are only a couple of run-down hostels in San Juan. They give you a parking voucher, and if you need to check in after 8 PM, they'll let you in.
