The people working here were attentive and genuinely friendly, and the location is very convenient. Still, the building feels neglected. Even though the room had fresh paint, the carpet and the backs of the beds were dirty and old, and the sheets had stains. The bathroom also needed a proper clean: the toilet and cracked walls were dirty. The shower has no divider, so water runs across the bathroom, and there was a mop inside to push it around. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable. It may be an inexpensive place, but I can't recommend it. It's a shame, given how nice the staff were.

We'd happily come back. The room was clean, the bed and bathroom were comfortable, and breakfast was good. The carpet could use some attention, but that was the only thing we felt needed improvement. The location is hard to beat, right in the middle of everything, and the staff were so helpful and warm. Silvana at reception looked after us especially well. Thanks!

Breakfast was decent and the sheets were clean, but the place needs maintenance. Paint was coming off the walls, one single bed was badly worn, and the carpets didn't look clean. There was also a strong stale, musty smell, and one TV didn't work. The hotel is dated, and reaching reception means taking the stairs. There's no parking. We paid 65,000 pesos for four adults, breakfast included.

I was comfortable here, and we'd definitely stay again. The price for what you get is excellent, with good service and a convenient location. Silvana at reception was wonderful, a real gem. Just be aware that the photos don't match the hotel.

We were there as a family from Thursday, February 5th, 2026 through today, February 10th, 2026. The reception team were so attentive and friendly, and everything was clean. The location was great, too. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Nothing to complain about, I'd book again a thousand times.
