The man who answered the phones wasn’t helpful at all. Maybe he isn’t used to dealing with women, or doesn’t have experience with international customer service.

There’s a lot of greenery around the complex, and the shared areas are lovely, especially the pool and park. We were there for the Ironman 70.3, along with many others attending for the same reason, so the atmosphere was really pleasant. The staff were very friendly, particularly in the dining room. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. We also liked that the hotel dining room serves lunch and dinner for an extra charge. Prices were very reasonable, and everything was excellent. Our bed was comfortable and had a nice view. The rooms could use some work on their look and lighting, and I’d add an electric kettle, at least for making mate.
