Hotel Guadalupe

The bathroom was so cramped that showering was difficult, and water leaked into the room. The mattresses were in terrible shape, while the sheets and pillows were stained. We only spent one night because we had to, and they charged an exorbitant amount since we had no other choice. I wouldn't recommend this place even as a last resort.

The place feels comfortable, and the rooms are both clean and pleasant. Cleaning is done constantly. There's Wi-Fi and cable, plus a hot and cold water dispenser. Security cameras are on around the clock.

Musty smell in the room, torn sheets from mismatched sets, and grime around the bathroom sink. The toilet had no lid and the bathroom door was broken. It was a dreadful stay, made worse by how expensive it was. I wouldn't recommend it, even as a last resort.

At first things seemed fine, but my food was stolen three times. I later learned the room cost 6000, while they were charging me 8000. It felt like a huge scam, taking advantage of my situation with the children. After the staff changed, the place was very dirty. I paid for a few extra days just in case, and they also opened my room without asking me.
