The location is very central, though nights can get a little noisy, which is what you'd expect in a major city like Buenos Aires. I usually choose Accor hotels abroad because I know the standard to expect, and this one met it. The rooms could use updating. I believe that work has started, which is good to hear.

The room was tiny, with a hard bed and just two very flat pillows. I slept badly because it was either too hot or too cold. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I wouldn't come back. There were some good points: the staff were super friendly, especially at the included breakfast. There was a big choice of breads and cereal or granola, plus hard scrambled eggs. The location felt safe and was convenient. I couldn't get the WiFi working in my room at first, but a staff member came up promptly and got me connected through their admin link. The first night I also had a cold shower, which was especially disappointing since I was staying three nights while the plumbing in my rented apartment was being fixed. I was really looking forward to a hot shower. The next day, after I spoke to the front desk, someone showed me I had to let the water run for five or 10 minutes for it to get properly hot. I'm not used to wasting water, so I hadn't tried that. Turning on the shower is awkward too, since it's behind the door hinge, and there's no way to avoid getting wet.

The room didn't live up to what we expected, and we weren't happy with the stay. The bed was uncomfortable enough to make a good night's sleep difficult. Each time we showered, water escaped the shower enclosure and soaked the whole bathroom floor.

The furniture looked old compared with the pictures in the app, and the outlets didn't work until service staff came to fix them. The main elevator was out of order, so everyone had to use the service elevator beside the kitchen, right by where staff were cooking.
