The staff made me feel truly welcome as soon as I arrived. They were always cheerful, helpful, and had great local suggestions. I had a wonderful, comfortable and memorable stay at this hostel, and I’d highly recommend it.

Charlie and his wife made us feel very welcome, and the hostel has a friendly, cozy atmosphere with lots of nice people. It’s close to downtown, with a well-stocked kitchen, warm rooms, great showers, and motorcycle parking. The beds are a little rocky, though still comfortable. I’d highly recommend staying here.

There seem to be around 10-15 one-star reviews from the same group, which brought the rating down a lot. We had a great stay. The owners and the hostel’s atmosphere were the best part, with everyone helping each other out, especially Charly. The price feels fair for what you get, including a genuinely fully equipped kitchen and breakfast. 100% recommend.

Charly gave us some of the best service I’ve had at a hostel. He took time to explain the different hikes around Ushuaia, and we had a really good stay. The price is reasonable, the hostel is well equipped, and our two-person room was very clean.

We were charged 100'000 ARS too much, and they refused to return it. They said we should have paid more attention while paying, then blocked us on Whatsapp. This was the worst experience of my whole trip through patagonia. I’d never go back. Scamming customers seems like a bad way to run a successful hostel, and it’s sad to see people like this running tourist services.
