Hotel Ritz

Mr. Fabio, Yamil, and Miss Mariana welcomed us like family. The team put in so much care that we felt even more at home. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It’s a small place with a huge heart.

The staff were great, but the room could have been cleaner. When I switched on the fan, dust that looked like it had built up for months started blowing out. The bathroom was small, though it worked for the size of the room.

The location worked well for us, and the common areas were perfectly usable. The young man on morning reception was especially welcoming and attentive. Our room was decent, though the furniture needs some upkeep and the walls could use fresh paint. The bathroom worked, but the shower sat awkwardly in the middle, so we had to shift things around to keep them dry. The fan didn't work, although the air conditioning did. The restaurant next door was very affordable and the food was tasty.

Favio and the rest of the staff were really friendly, and everything else was impeccable. We had a pleasant weekend and felt the price was fair for the service. The shower is the one thing that needs attention: there's no proper enclosure, so the whole bathroom gets wet and has to be dried afterward.
