Sierrasol

Good.

Spectacular.

The best part was how warmly all the staff welcomed us at Sierrasol Hotel. We were comfortable there, and Carlos Paz is so beautiful that I didn't want to leave. We especially appreciated everyone in the kitchen and the waiters. Romi and Pablo were respectful, and Laura was kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. We came away with lovely memories of them. The hotel stayed clean throughout our visit. We're from Coronel Moldes, Córdoba province, and this was our first time staying here. Thank you! One suggestion: please use the elevators, since some of us struggle with stairs. We had one downstairs, while some of our friends had one upstairs.

Maira Pina kept everything organized and running smoothly. Breakfast was very good, and getting seconds was no problem. Lunch and dinner were tasty and nicely presented, but the servings were small and seconds weren't allowed. A buffet might be a better option. We booked full board, though drinks cost extra. That's understandable, but including water or soda would be nice. Our room was a little late being ready because cleaning was still underway. It wasn't a major issue, but we did notice the wait. An elevator would make the hotel more comfortable and accessible for seniors and people with disabilities. Even with those details to improve, we had a good experience and I do recommend it.
