Visit Hotel & Apart

A great hotel, and the location is excellent.

Gonzalo at reception gave us excellent service. We were traveling with our 1-year-and-7-month-old, and found the hotel very comfortable. The heated pool was spotless. Breakfast was very good, plentiful, and had several choices for children. The restaurant staff were kind, brought a high chair, and even warmed our child's milk. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are super spacious, and the hotel has excellent service and a very good breakfast. The parking garage is small, but when it's full they let you park for free in a lot half a block away. I gave it four stars because it felt a little expensive, but mainly because the pool was cold. We visited in winter, and a sign said municipal rules require 28 degrees Celsius for recreational use. That feels too low to me. I'm not asking for a hot spring, but it could be around 33 degrees, for example. I only wanted to stay in the water briefly before getting out because I was cold.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the hotel itself was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, the service was good, and the price was reasonable. Everything else was delicious, and I suggest that it be open on Sundays. There were a few problems, though. Twice I called reception for something essential that was missing, and no one came to replace it. The bath and hand towels were old and stained. The pool was cold on a very cold day, and its Venetian-style tiles were extremely slippery and dangerous.
