We arrived without a reservation and the staff were very accommodating. They were friendly and helpful, and gave us detailed suggestions for things to do in the area. Our room was comfortable and nice, with a huge bed and enough warmth. The hotel is good value, has parking, and is close to the restaurants, bars, and shops. Breakfast was a good-sized buffet with plenty to eat. I'd definitely recommend it.

It wasn't a bad place, but they charged us a tax and refused to discount it when we paid with an international card. They said I had to claim the money back when leaving Argentina, which was obviously wrong. For what we paid, I would have chosen somewhere better. Having to argue about it on holiday was unpleasant, and when I wrote after the stay to explain their mistake, they didn't reply.

We made it to San Martín with no reservation and barely enough time, and were lucky to find this hotel. The beds were very good and the room comfortable. We had to ask for towels because none were provided, which we missed. Service was excellent, and breakfast was very good, with scrambled eggs, fruit, toast, and coffee. Just what we needed to carry on with our travels.
