Valldemossa Apart

The lakefront location is beautiful, with an incredible view and several restaurants nearby. The apartment was bright, comfortable, well appointed, and made for relaxing. We completely disconnected and already want to return. Carlos greeted us warmly right from the start. Since it was our first visit to San Martín de los Andes, he explained the city and how to get around, then showed us to our unit and went over the services. The cleaning staff were fantastic. We tried to keep things tidy ourselves, but it was lovely to come back to a spotless, well-maintained place with that wonderful vanilla scent.

We stayed six nights in apartment 1, looking out over the internal garden. It's an excellent location, just steps from Lake Lácar and a few blocks from the town center. The apartment is spacious and spread over two floors, with basic cooking dishes in the kitchen. They changed the garbage bags every day. There's covered parking for three vehicles, as well as parking in front of the complex. Nicolás and Carlos were friendly and helpful throughout. If you're traveling with small children, a wooden board can be used as a safety barrier on the ground-floor stairs. Ventilation is the one thing that could be better. It was 29 degrees Celsius (84 degrees Fahrenheit) on the days we arrived, and the apartment was very hot inside. Highly recommended.

We still have three days left here, but the service has already made such an impression that I wanted to leave a rating now. Carlos at reception, along with the young woman whose name I can't remember and Nicolas, have all been incredibly attentive. The rooms are comfortable and have everything we needed, the water is hot, and housekeeping is excellent. We haven't found a single thing to complain about. If I could, I'd give the hotel 10 stars. We're already planning to come back next year. If you're heading to San Martín de los Andes, don't hesitate to stay here. People giving it 1, 2, or 3 stars are just being mean.

The lake is very close, and the view is lovely. We found the apartment beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a really nice look. Everyone who helped us was kind, and the place was impeccably clean. I'd gladly stay here again. 😊😍
